This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either
an individual or a single entity) and FSPro Labs for the software product
identified above, which includes computer software and may include
associated media, printed materials, additional computer software
applications, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is shareware.

All copyrights are exclusively owned
by the authors - FSPro Labs.

You may evaluate this software as long as you wish.
If you wish to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT without evaluation limitations,
you MUST register it.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT on as many computers as defined at the registration.
You can make a second copy of SOFTWARE PRODUCT for your portable computer.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program,
except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil
prosecution.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING
OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Installing and using SOFTWARE PRODUCT signifies acceptance of these terms and
conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
SOFTWARE PRODUCT files from your storage devices and cease to use
the product.
